Every scene has the cars that draw you in. For VOLT-AGE, that car is Sonic.
Our mascot. Our ongoing build. Where VOLT-AGE began.
The starting point
Sonic is a modified 2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD with Acceleration Boost. It is not a factory Model 3 Performance. That distinction matters: this is an individual car with its own starting point and its own direction, rather than an attempt to borrow a different badge.
Electric performance is part of the appeal. So is the opportunity to make a familiar shape feel personal.
A build, not a finish line
The interesting part of a project is not simply the finished photograph. It is the choices along the way: what stays, what changes and how each detail fits the car as a whole.
Wheels, tyres and appearance all belong in that conversation. But a build should be more than a shopping list. The aim is a car with a coherent identity, one that reflects the person behind it.
Where VOLT-AGE began, not where it ends
Sonic gives the brand a personal starting point. It does not define the boundaries of the scene. VOLT-AGE is here for different manufacturers, different approaches and the owners making performance EVs their own.
This Journal will be a place to document Sonic's development as changes happen. Completed modifications, future ideas and measured results should always be clearly separated. There is no invented parts list or claimed performance gain here.
For now, meet the project. The story is still being built.
